    THE ORGANIZATION OF ZEDA

     

    There are three organs of the Association which constitute its Organizational Struture, namely:

     

    1.   The Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is the supreme organ and constitute of all registered members of the Association and meets annually.

     

    2.   A high - powered Board of Trustee (B.O.T) charged with the responsibility of making policies as well as overseeing the management of the Association's funds, Programme and projects. The B.O.T meets after every three months.

     
    3.  

    The Central Working Committee (CWC) which is the "Think - Tank" of the Association and implements all programmes approved by the A.G.M and B.O.T. The CWC meets every month (Last Saturday of every month). The Standing Committees of the Association are:

    1. Formal education

    2.Vocational Skills Association

    3. Guidance and Counselling

    4. Prominent Indegenes and Friends Scholarship Schemes

    5. Admissions / Higher Education

    6. ZEDA organized competitions

    7. Corporate Relations

    8. Publicity

    9. Finance

    10.ZEDA Land Development

    11. ZEDA Strategic Planning

    12. AGM Planning

    Adhoc committees are set up as the need arises.
